Great location, service and nice friendly staff. Rooms cleaned every day. Would have given 5 🌟stars except for the manager (owner) Who was unhelpful, unwelcoming, no people skills and would need to smile 😁 ever now and then.

Excellent hotel! They were particularly kind and willing to help. Unbeatable value for money. Next time in Torbole, I will have no doubt where to stay.

It was a great experience to stay here! The receptionists were extremely helpful and nice. Rooms were a steal! They also have spa and sauna, although we couldn’t use it as we stayed only for one night. The breakfast was also pretty decent. We drove an electric car and could also charge it at the hotel. They have only one charging point, so you have to inform the reception for it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Food is excellent and drinks are reasonably priced. Really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great place, Super friendly services. I have to state the amazing Bartender he was really doing and outstanding Great job. Breakfast was fine with fresh food. Pool was also great, not the best for small children due to depth I the pool.

we stayed here from 15/10 to 22/10. We had a comfortable stay. The family run hotel is very well managed and they care for your comfort and every need. We were impressed my the personal service we received which was of very high standards. Everyone gave you attention and were warm and friendly. This was an exceptional experience we had never received before. I recommend this hotel very highly and it is really well located to all the northern Italy's towns and resorts. I would stay again if I got a chance.

Pros: delicious breakfast, friendly staff, rent-a-bike included in the price Cons: not very clean, loud (you can hear through the walls). Overall not a bad options for a short stay. Price is fair for the service provided.

+ Check in the evening was (9pm) without issues + Breakfast was nice - The restaurant closes at 9pm. Hard to get dinner if you travelled during the day - the indoor pool has opening hours - Parking in front of the hotel is not easy. The additional parking at the back of the hotel has extremely tight slots and a free one is not easy to find. - Could not borrow an iron
